Parent Code of Conduct
Parents are an integral part of every player's support team. The Players Soccer Club asks all parents to observe the guidelines established by the Club, Leagues, and US Youth Soccer, to create the best possible environment for our players.
As a Players Soccer Club parent: I shall…
Encourage and support my child's experience and play on the field
Encourage good sportsmanship and self-discipline through example
Support the coach, manager, and the team
Respect officials and accept their decisions
Familiarize myself with the laws of the game
Comply with rules, policies, and procedures of the team and the club
💬 When discussing concerns about my child, I will follow these steps:

Speak only with my coach not the manager or others

Only at a time mutually agreed by the coach

Never prior to, during, or directly after a game

Escalate unresolved issues to the Club Director

Engage in dissent directed toward an official
Engage in unsportsmanlike conduct with any coach, manager, player, parent, or official
Coach from the sidelines
Disrespect opposing team players
Interfere with the duties and responsibilities of the coach or manager
Act in any way that is detrimental to the team or Players Soccer Club
